There seems to be little question that the French are willing to confront the terrorists. I salute them and trust their vigilance and present determination will dig out the connecting cell groups and associated entities. I grieve the deaths of the hostages and decry the terrorists for their cowardly killing of innocents.
What puzzles me is how the French have more resources to deal with “citizens” than the United States as reported by Ray Kelly on a Sunday morning news report. We too often protect the rights of guilty people and drag out justice in an attempt to protect all people. The balance is very difficult, but it seems we take a naïve approach to the deceitfulness of wickedness. May we come to our senses!
